Version 2.2

Version 2.2 fixes an issue with node deletion discovered by the Ephemeral Security documentation team.

Changes introduced in Version 2.2:

• Bug fix for "Delete Does Not Purge Cache Bug"
• Added support for user authentication using the PunBB Authentication Module.

Migration from 2.1 to 2.2:

1) Stop the old server, using cloud-wiki stop
2) Back up your current wiki database file.
3) Extract and install the new server.
4) Invoke cloud-wiki migrate to empty content caches.
5) Start the new server, using cloud-wiki start
