This cloud wiki setting specifies the name of the site, and is used in page titles to distinguish the wiki, and to determine the title of the front page node. Changing this value will cause the server to use a different node for the front page node, so be sure to move the old front page contents after changing this setting.
You should reboot the server after changing this setting.
